• Changeover day by agreement. Arrival not before 3pm and departure no later than 10am to allow for cleaning
  
  
• Once you have confirmed your booking with us, you will need to post 25% deposit to G. Blake, Huntsmoor, Cousley Wood, Wadhurst, E. Sussex TN5 6QT
  
  
• We will confirm your booking in writing
  
  
• 8 weeks prior to arrival, the balance of the rental plus £100 breakages deposit will be due
  
  
• We will forward full directions and key collection points on receipt of final balance
  
  
• There will be a linen and towel change in the middle of a two-week stay. Please take your own towels for the beach.
