• We will confirm your booking in writing
  
  
• 8 weeks prior to arrival, the balance of the rental plus £100 breakages deposit will be due
  
  
• We will forward full directions and key collection points on receipt of final balance
  
  
• There will be a linen and towel change in the middle of a two-week stay. Please take your own towels for the beach.

• We have not increased our rental charges for the second year running. However, due to the outrageous utility and council tax charges now being levied, it is with regret that we must charge a £20 per week surcharge. Thank you for your understanding.
